Happy Birthday Kendal Miller!

Kendal Beck Miller was born at 2:07p.m., Friday, March 27, 2009, at Covenant Lakeside in Lubbock, Texas. She weighed 7lbs 13oz, 21 1/2 inches long. Rebekah and Kendal are both doing good. We are in room 407.

Congratulations Matt and Lisha Flaniken. Andrew Miller Flaniken was born at 1:10pm, Friday, March 27, 2009. He weighed 8 lbs. 11 oz. and was 20 1/2 in. long. Andrew and Lisha are doing great and are in room 411 at Covenant Lakeside. They said visitors are welcome

Sunday, March 15th

Today Kevin challenged us to pick out a verse or portion of the scripture we read from James chapter 1 and apply it to our lives. Next Sunday we will have a chance to share what part of the scripture we chose and how we applied it to our lives. Let's all take this challenge.

Since we are talking about challenges, let's take Brother Jerry's challenge to commit to pray for Compassion 414. There is a map of the 79414 zip code at the church for us to sign up for one block to prayer-walk for a year, beginning on Easter.

This Wednesday there are no night activities.
